I kept running across things I thought GOT graphic-makers could make good use of, so I gathered them up, and here they are. This pack includes lots of imagery of weaponry, dragons, lions, wolves, &c.
All textures made from out-of-copyright materials.

This action gives the picture a somewhat subtle glow effect. It softens and brightens the picture. You can use it twice to make the effect stronger. It will flatten your image, so make sure you have all your layers the way you want them before you use it. None of the colorings I used here are included in the action. So, both of these features are pretty relatively easy to use, actually! What you’re going to do first, obviously, is make your text. I’ll assume you have a file/image open, and that you’ve created a text layer on top of the image, typed out what you want, etc etc…
This tutorial was requested by itneedsaying and is for THIS GRAPHIC. I didn’t save the PSD when I made that graphic, and it’s been a bit since I did it, so this is more of an approximation and the result doesn’t look EXACTLY the same, but the general idea is the same. Also, this does assume some basic/general knowledge of photoshop. Shall we then? Okay!
